Oversee and manage the daily operations of all outlets in Genting and ensuring smooth service flow, operational efficiency, and an exceptional guest experience. Manage staff scheduling, attendance, and performance across outlets, provide guidance, coaching, and motivation to ensure excellent service delivery. Oversee staff accommodation and ensuring proper upkeep, cleanliness, and compliance with the company policies and standard. Implement and maintain operational procedures and SOPs to optimize efficiency, safety, and guest satisfaction. Coordinate with housekeeping, maintenance, and other relevant department to ensure seamless service and prompt issue resolution Set clear performance goals for staff in Genting and conduct regular evaluations to monitor progress and drive continues improvement. Foster a positive, respectful, and team oriented work culture, address and resolve employee conflicts promptly. Verify staff commissions, treatment records and incentives to ensure accuracy and transparency before submission. Identify opportunities to increase revenue through upselling, cross-selling, and promotional activities. Perform regular outlet visits to monitor operations, cleanliness, staff performance, and guest satisfaction. Serve as the main liaison between management and staff, ensuring clear communication, coordination, and problem solving across all outlets in Genting.

Job Requirements

Minimum 4 years of experience in operations or supervisory roles preferably in spa, wellness and hospitality industries. Strong leadership and people management skills, with the ability to oversee outlets and teams directly. Hands on, organized, and proactive in solving operational and staffing challenges. Excellent communication skills, fluent English and Bahasa Malaysia. Mandarin or Chinese speaker is a plus. Positive, approachable, and detail oriented personality with a passion for wellness and customer satisfaction. Willing to work in Genting Highlands.
