Responsibilities
Welcome & Greeting customers. Attend service enquiry from customers or clients\' call. Answering phone calls to arranging appointment for guest and answering general inquiries.
Responsible for the general hygiene and tidiness of the main waiting areas, PA Rooms and outlet overall.
Monitor outlets supplies/stocks and equipment usage level and balance.
Perform Cashier function.
Monitor staff comply with SOP and other customer service
Undertake all other duties, tasks and responsibilities as required by the management.
