Spa Receptionist

Job Description

Properly open and close spa each day according to Standard Operating Procedures. Handle incoming and outgoing call and walk in customers professionally. Acknowledge and greet customers who enters and leaves the facilities. Provide clients with knowledge of different types of available packages and suggest appropriate spa therapies for individual guest. To schedule therapist massage sequence and therapist working schedule. Handle cash, sales transactions and ensure accurate daily sales record. Arrange customers appointments: Accurately book, change, confirm and cancel appointments. To promote massage packages and products to customers in order to generate sales. Handle customer complaint with care and professional manner. Maintain cleanliness and organization of reception area and retail displays. Responsible for stocks inventory and accurate stocks record and ordering supplies as needed. Communicate to management any and all occurrences involving staff or guests in the spa that require attention. Coordinate with the Spa Manager, staff, and other departments to ensure smooth daily operations.
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: RM1,327.15 - RM2,346.34 per month

Expected hours: No less than 30 per week

Chinese, English, Bahasa Malayu (Required)
Work Location: In person
