SPA RECEPTIONIST (2 POSITIONS)

BANDAR PUTERI PUCHONG

FULL TIME

MONDAY - SUNDAY

WORKING HOURS: 10.00AM - 8.00PM

RM 2300 - RM 2500

SALES COMMISION PAID

Responsibilities:

To be responsible in all spa admin related tasks

Ensure all filing and documentation are proper

Manage all Indoor & Outdoor bookings

Opening & Closing of shop

Reply all Walk in & Phone Enquiries

Read and screen incoming correspondences such as letters, e-mails, memos and other documents

. To responces to all clients via phone and website and complete booking

.To responce to all social media enquiries and post

. Collect customer review and feedbacks

. Maintain staff attendance & off days record

Requirements:

Candidates must possess at least SPM, Diploma or equivalent

Have experiences in anykind of spa or wellness industry

At least 3 years' experience in spa admin and sales

Able to multitask and is a fast learner

Computer literate
