Spa Supervisor
Job Description
* Duties of a spa supervisor vary according to the services provided by the spa. Many of the tasks are business-related and can include record keeping, conducting promotional campaigns, maintaining stock inventories and payroll management. * Employee-related responsibilities of a spa supervisor typically include the hiring, training and supervision of staff. Job scope also include creating of weekly work schedules, train new employees and arrange staff workshops on new techniques and procedures. * At least 2 years experience in managing spa. Must be computer literate (MS Word, Excel, Etc). Experience in marketing, social media. With good attitude and pleasing personality, good communication and customer relations skills. * There will be incentive for spa supervisor based on work performance and revenue from the spa.
Here at our spa, we provide both modern and traditional massage, as well as reflexology and other health services. We are a traditional Borneo spa located in the Shopping Mall, serving both locals and visitors to the area.
