• To meet and greet all guests in line with the standards, and to also carry out consultations with guest as required, giving advice and promoting treatments and products.
• To ensure all checks and preparation are adhered to on a daily basis to provide a smooth and professional operational standard.
• To carry out treatments ensuring the treatments are to the required standard.

• To be fully prepared for guests and medical questionnaires are used prior to the treatments and appropriate action is taken when necessary.
• To achieve retail sales targets through personal consultations and recommendations.
• To be familiar with all treatments and products available within the SUASANA Spa.

• To regularly communicate all feedback to the Spa Manager.

• To ensure any guest complaints or queries are followed through in an effective, professional and timely manner.

• To also carry out spa receptionist duties to a high standard with the utmost accuracy.

• To answer spa enquiries and take bookings in a professional manner.

• To be fully involved and aware of all information regarding treatments, packages, retail, monthly offers, clients confirmation emails.

• 2-3 years of Therapist or related experience required, preferably in luxury or upscale spa environment.
• Graduate of an accredited school of massage therapy.
• Good command of both English and Bahasa languages are essential.
• Able to handle guest interactions with the highest level of hospitality and professionalism.
• Guest centricity and understanding of the importance of guests\' preferences.
• Able to work independently and as part of a team.
• Able to work in a fast paced environment and handling back to back treatments, as required.
• Attention to detail, ability to multi-task and prioritize.
• Flexible schedule with the ability to work all types of shifts, weekends, and holidays.
