BIG Pharmacy has grown progressively from a neighborhood pharmacy to one of Malaysias leading pharmacy chain. We are expanding rapidly with over a hundred outlets throughout Malaysia. Big Pharmacy is the fastest growing community pharmacy in Malaysia.We are expanding with 2 new additional headcount: a Senior Space Planning Executive and a Space Planning Executive.

• Leads the development of store and layout templates.
• Creates a big picture vision of various store formats and manages space in consideration of category roles, strategies and tactics.
• Capture space capacity, constraints and proposes sub category space allocation and adjacency plans.
• Understands and conducts appropriate analysis on space performance (such as sales per bay) to make decisions on macro & micro space allocation.
• Executes macro & micro space performance analysis.
• Manages and communicates floor plan changes to relevant stakeholders.
• Publishes new floor plan to stores and oversees the planning and implementation of agreed space changes.
• Manages and facilitates brand & category signage across all stores from time-to-time basis.
• Perform store visits for improvement and rectification.

Job Requirement

• Possess at least a Diploma, Advanced/ Higher/ Diploma or Bachelor Degree in a related field.
• At least 2-3 years of experience in space planning, merchandising or related role. However, fresh graduates are encouraged to apply (for the executive role).
• Proficient in Auto-Cad software.
• Initiative, creative, analytical and results-oriented in a fast-paced environment.
• Independent and is able to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
• A team player and is able to work independently.
• Willing to travel including outstation.
