to support the day-to-day operations of our parts store. The ideal candidate will be responsible for receiving, storing, and issuing parts while ensuring accurate inventory control and excellent customer service to internal teams or walk-in customers.
Key Responsibilities:
Receive and inspect incoming spare parts for quality and accuracy
Properly label, store, and organize spare parts according to company procedures
Issue spare parts to service technicians and customers based on requests or job orders
Maintain updated inventory records and assist in stock counts
Monitor stock levels and report low or fast-moving items to the supervisor
Ensure cleanliness and orderliness of the store area
Coordinate with suppliers and internal departments when needed
Perform basic data entry in inventory systems or Excel
Assist in preparing and packing spare parts for delivery or transfer
Adhere to company safety and SOP guidelines at all times
Requirements:
SPM or Certificate in Warehouse Management, Logistics, or related field
Minimum 1 year of working experience in a store or warehouse environment (fresh graduates may also be considered)
Basic knowledge of spare parts or mechanical components is an advantage
Able to handle physical tasks such as lifting and organizing inventory
Good organizational and time-management skills
Basic computer skills (Microsoft Excel, email, data entry)
Team player with a positive and responsible attitude
