Description Primary Objective: Provides AML/CFT independent assurance to the board of directors and senior management on the quality and effectiveness of a bank's internal control, risk management and governance systems and processes, thereby helpi Description Primary Objective: Provides AML/CFT independent assurance to the board of directors and senior management on the quality and effectiveness of a bank's internal control, risk management and governance systems and processes, thereby helping the board and senior management protect RHB Investment Bank and its reputation in relation to AML/CFT requirements. Key Responsibilities: Responsible for implementing compliance review functions approved by the Management. Conducts AML/CFT control risk assessments, compliance review plans, programs, and reports in managing the compliance review function. To facilitate a consistent approach to AML/CFT Compliance Review across all the business units within the RHB Investment Bank organization and ensure adequate AML/CFT control is practiced. Recommend and follow through on actions identified by the entity reviewed. Report on review finding, track the rectification and test for improvement for non-occurrence of findings. Review the effectiveness of training and awareness of programs and communicate to the knowledge management team. Conduct targeted review such as customer due diligence, transaction monitoring etc. Conduct Quality Assurance on alert management performed by IB AML Monitoring and provide assessment outcome. Requirements Requirements: At least 6 year experience in conducting AML related review for an Investment Bank, Fund and Unit Trust Management company, Stockbroking company. Meticulous and good analytical, planning, writing and communication skills. Good knowledge of IT and systems matters.
