Provide on-demand and timely fulfillment of customers\xe2\x80\x99 requests.
Preliminary checks of trade applications to ensure completeness and flow to Global Trade Centre for further processing
Manage customer service quality and ensure that customer inquiries and problems are attended within the agreed SLA.
Key Responsibilities:
Ensure registration of trade transaction into the Bank Trade system with the required information on timely basis
Perform preliminary checking of documents received from customers to ensure completeness prior to log & scan documents into trade system
Attend to customers\xe2\x80\x99 enquiries and check trade transactions\xe2\x80\x99 status via system
Liaise closely with Team Lead, Trade Finance Centre, Global Trade Operation Centre, GTB Sales or other business units on all matters related to trade transactions.
Provide advisory services on trade related matters.
Quote foreign exchange and money market rates and also provide cover for nostro accounts.

RequirementsRequirements: Bachelor Degree - Finance, Business or related field. Those without a degree but with at least 5 years working experience in trade operations/processing may be considered.Technically sound with minimum 3 year experience in trade operations/processing
Good command of written and spoken English language.
PC literate, proficient in Microsoft Office programs.
