Requirements
1) Candidates must possess at least a diploma or bachelor's degree in psychology, child development, education, or special education
2) At least 1-year working experience in the related position is an advantage.
3) Passionate individuals who genuinely love teaching children with special needs are encouraged to apply.
4) Must have a positive attitude, be patient and have strong willingness to learn.
5)Prepare teaching and therapy materials according to student's individual needs or program plan.
6). Perform additional tasks as assigned by the supervisor.
Responsibilities

• Work closely with the teach children with special needs or disabilities.
• Design and implement individualized learning activities based on each student's strenghts and needs - focusing on academic, social, and behavioral growth.
• develop and manage individualized Education Plans (IEPs) tailored to each student's goals and progress.
• Collaborate with parent to review student progress, provide updates and recommend ways to support learning at home.
• select appropriate teaching methods and resources to help every child reach their fullest potential and improve independent living skills.
