Special Events Supervisor usually plans, executes and monitors the viability sales of products and services by traveling from location to location within a decided territory to meet the probable customers and sell them various products as well as to ensure the widespread distribution and selling of various products.

  • Maintaining a vibrant and energetic team of promoters who are trained in grooming ethics, personal hygiene, proper communication and social media etiquette by observing our company policy at all times.
  • Provide proper guidance and prepare for promoters in introducing the products to the clients as well. Able to prepare promoters who can provide a concise description of the products and services to the customers and also drawing attention to the benefits of the product compared to competitors
  • Obtain permission from outlets where promotion and events will be held.
  • To understand the demography of the area of promotion well before execution.
  • To identify critical areas to do promotion.
  • Executing surveys and market studies to figure out the current trends in the industry such as accessibility of the products, demand for it and etc.
  • Monitors and evaluates the performance of his promoters in the sale of products and services to probable customers within a specific region. To gather valuable inputs from customers, opinions, product preference, pricing comfortability, etc
  • To provide a safe working environment for the promoters assigned under the project. Setting a path and trend to subordinates in communicating with all the clients and potential customers to discuss the products that would meet their requirements as well as provide general or detailed explanation on the products.
  • Proving insights on community opinions, activities held during promotions and furnishing visit plans and photographs of events.
  • Preparing summary of activities as well as proposals for future events.


Education Requirement


Minimum Bachelor\'s Degree in Human Resource Management or any other related disciplines.

Skills Requirement



  • Working knowledge of HR functions.
  • Knowledge of computer applications i.e. MS Excel and HR-specific software programs i.e. HRIS
  • Reporting and communication skills.
