Job Description

We are looking for a passionate and patient

Special Needs Teacher / Interventionist

to join our early intervention team. The role involves supporting children with developmental delays, autism, ADHD, speech delay, sensory needs, and other learning challenges through structured teaching, play-based learning, and individualized intervention plans.

Plan and conduct

Early Intervention Program (EIP)

sessions for children aged 2-12 years. Implement

Individualized Education Plans (IEP/RPI)

based on each child's developmental needs Communication & language Cognitive skills Social skills Sensory integration Fine & gross motor skills Daily living skills (ADL) Use evidence-based approaches (ABA, TEACCH, Play-based, Sensory Integration). Record daily progress, update goals, and prepare progress reports. Communicate effectively with parents about child's progress. Work collaboratively with other teachers, therapists, and management. Ensure a safe, clean, and engaging learning environment. Attend trainings, team meetings, and internal professional development sessions.

Contract length: 3 months

Pay: RM1,700.00 - RM2,500.00 per month

Expected hours: 45 per week
