Job Description

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

ERP & Systems Rollout

Assist in the implementation and rollout of ERP and relevant finance systems in Singapore, Malaysia, Indonesia, and Thailand. Collaborate with local and regional teams to ensure smooth adoption and integration of new systems. Provide training and support to finance and business users during system transitions.

Process Improvement & Standardization

Identify and drive process improvement opportunities to standardize finance operations across the region. Develop, document, and roll out Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for finance processes. Work closely with business units to ensure effective implementation and compliance with new processes.

AI & Digital Transformation (ALPHA Initiative)

Support the ALPHA (AI for Leadership, Performance and High Achievement) program to leverage AI in finance and business operations. Participate in initiatives to improve company performance and productivity through AI-driven tools and analytics.

Country Finance Leadership

Oversee and lead the finance and project reporting for one assigned country and /or key projects Ensure timely and accurate financial and project reporting in compliance with company, local and group requirements.

Audit, Consolidation & Compliance

Support statutory and internal audits, ensuring adherence to regulatory and group requirements. Assist in group consolidation processes and financial reporting.

Treasury & Cashflow Management

Liaise with banks on loan drawdowns and other financing matters. Prepare and monitor project cashflow forecasts to ensure adequate liquidity for ongoing operations. ?

JOB REQUIREMENTS:?

Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field; professional certifications (CPA, ACCA) preferred. 4-6 years of relevant finance experience, including regional exposure and ERP implementation. Strong understanding of financial reporting, consolidation, and compliance requirements. Experience in process improvement and change management. Familiarity with AI-driven finance tools and digital transformation initiatives is an advantage. Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills.?

PREFERRED EXPERIENCE:

Experience in the construction, engineering, or project-based industries (preferred but not entirely necessary) Hands-on involvement in regional or multi-country finance operations. Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams and manage change across diverse locations.

Pay: RM15,000.00 - RM18,000.00 per month
