About the Role: As Specialist, BTL and Social at foodpanda Malaysia, you will be required to create, develop and execute restaurant marketing, rider marketing, and social media initiatives to drive brand TOM and customer engagement. The ideal candidate is equipped with a knowledge of advertising items production, a natural inclination to learn and measure the effectiveness of campaigns, strong project management skills, and the ability to drive initiative execution while managing the expectations of various business stakeholders. The candidate should possess an analytical mind and be able to come up with feasible action plans based on campaign data analysis and expertise in project management. Collaborate with regional stakeholders, content creators, Sales, Vendor Ops, Vendor Onboarding and others to create, develop and execute trade marketing campaigns & strategies that drive brand awareness and business growth. Responsibilities: Oversee and manage four main BTL categories: restaurant marketing, rider marketing, activations, and merchandise. Collaborate with regional BTL and procurement teams for comprehensive trade marketing planning, including order planning, budgeting, and logistic distribution to local warehouses. Work closely with the sales team to manage and fulfill trade marketing demands for restaurant partners, ensuring alignment with monthly caps. Act as the brand guardian, ensuring sufficient and appropriate brand exposure through strategic trade marketing placements. Maintain brand consistency and adherence to brand guidelines across all trade marketing initiatives. Collaborate with the riders operations team to guarantee a consistent and sufficient supply for rider operations, aligning with trade marketing strategies. Collaborate with both regional and local stakeholders to develop strategies and identify new marketing opportunities for both foodpanda and restaurant partners. Continuously monitor and analyze the effectiveness of restaurant marketing campaigns. Implement improvements based on data-driven insights to enhance overall campaign performance. Manage and maintain relationships with suppliers, ensuring timely and high-quality delivery of merchandise. Negotiate contracts, terms, and conditions to optimize supplier partnerships for mutual benefit whenever required. Initiate social media ideas to support hero brand campaign and ad-hoc promotional campaigns monitor the performance of the campaign and social media sentiment. Requirements: Min. 1 years of experience in managing BTL, Trade Marketing or social media execution Experience with Logistics, Operations, Sales or similar is a plus Good proficiency in written and spoken English and Malay. Proficiency in Mandarin is a plus Strong project management skills with a focus on attention to detail and timely execution. Additional experience with sourcing, logistics and supplier management is a plus! Responsible, structured and precise work attitude, with great attention to details.
