In your new role you will: * Support Change Management activities at site/ local level by transposing effectively global strategies, methods and tools * Support of global change management responsible and co-organization of the In your new role you will: Support Change Management activities at site/ local level by transposing effectively global strategies, methods and tools Support of global change management responsible and co-organization of the local CM community (regular content / timeline / template alignment) Alignment of overall CM activities between local and global CCT team Support local CCT lead in steering all CM activities Coordinate and implement local CM activities, synchronize timeline with global CCT plan, outline any key risks not to achieve end user and organizational change readiness Establish and support Change Agent Network together with global change manager and local Change Responsible Support in reviewing of local Stakeholder Assessment and Change Impact Analysis, refinement of resulting activities and the execution of the stakeholder engagement plan Support in reviewing of change impact assessment and action planning and provide regular reports Prepare and execute local change management workshops Engage if needed in local training and communication activities Your ProfileYou are best equipped for this task if you have: Bachelor Degree in Business Administration or any relevant courses Minimum 1 yearto 2 years of experience in Change Management Fresh graduate will be considered Good interpersonal and intrapersonal skills Good spoken and written communication skills in English Teamwork but also able to work independently Benefits What we offer you in Melaka Melaka is our biggest production site wordwide with more than 7000 employees.
