Job Description

Budiman Holdings is looking for disciplined, detail-oriented, and motivated individuals to join our team as Specialist Crew. The main role is to support daily operations, ensure work quality, and maintain effective teamwork in line with company standards.

Responsibilities:

Carry out daily operational tasks as instructed by the supervisor. Perform duties with accuracy, ethics, and compliance to safety standards. Work both independently and as part of a team to achieve company objectives. Handle work equipment responsibly and maintain a clean work environment. Assist in solving work-related issues with maturity and good problem-solving skills. Support company activities and projects as required.

Requirements:

Minimum qualification: SPM or equivalent. At least 1 year experience in related field Strong work discipline and ethical behavior. Positive personality, integrity, and ability to work well in a team. Valid motorcycle/car license. Good communication skills. Relevant work skills (experience in related fields is an advantage). Willingness to learn new things. Mature thinking and strong problem-solving ability.
