RESPONSIBILITIES Collaborate with business stakeholders on new requirements. Analysis of user stories and assessment of changes required in the system. Participate in Agile ceremonies (Daily Stand-up, Sprint Planning, Retrospective) Story points estimation and sub-task estimation. Design program specifications aligning to best coding practices for efficient system performance Perform program coding and testing JIRA/ Confluence updates User Acceptance Testing support that includes test environment set-up/configuration, batch execution and responding to business queries and clarifications. Supports project deployment activities and post implementation monitoring. Supports production issue investigation and resolution whenever need arises. Strategy Awareness and understanding of the Group\'s business strategy and model appropriate to the role. People and Talent Working experience in Credit/Debit Card Systems. Must possess at least 3-year experience in IBM Good analytical and problem-solving skills. Experience in Agile project delivery tools - JIRA/Confluence. Experience in Source Control Management tool(s) - See/Change, ALDON will be an advantage. Ability to prioritise and work on multiple tasks/ projects. Possess self-initiative and work with minimal supervision. Regulatory & Business Conduct Display exemplary conduct and live by the Group\'s Values and Code of Conduct. Lead the IT-Projects RB Core Platform to achieve the outcomes set out in the Bank\'s Conduct Principles: Fair Outcomes for Clients Effective Financial Markets Financial Crime Compliance The Right Environment. Effectively and collaboratively identify, escalate, mitigate and resolve risk, conduct and compliance matters. Our Ideal Candidate Field of Study: Computer Science or IT related Certification: Bachelor of Science Must have: Working experience in Credit/Debit Card Systems. Must possess at least 3-year experience in IBM AS400 platform, with the knowledge of relevant skills - DB2, RPGLE, SQLRPGLE, CLLE etc. Good analytical and problem-solving skills. Experience in Agile project delivery and DEVOPS tools. Ability to prioritise and work on multiple tasks/ projects. Possess self-initiative and work with minimal supervision. Nice to have: API/SOLACE/JAVA knowledge/skills. Automation skills Knowledge in Credit Card/Debit Card business would be added advantage.
