Job Overview:The exciting position will serve as a Specialist in business Analytics, taking care of all routine reporting (Salesforce reports and dashboards, working with IT on the automated reports, completing targets and performance tracking in addition to multiple other Excel-based or system-based reports), and designing and executing all new reports (e.g., sales analyses, marketing analyses).The main source of data will be Salesforce and SAP data but will also require other data sources too. Aside from exceptional excel skills, SQL and strong understanding of databases such as Salesforce, SAP system and other internal systems is a major advantage. Experience in data visualization tools like Power BI is highly preferable.The position will report to the Manager, Digital Business.Job Responsibilities:Management Business Analytics & Reporting: 60%The Specialist Business Analyst will ensure the timely execution of the scheduled regional reporting based on top management needs and to facilitate the decision making of the top management. (S)he will ensure that the current reports are constantly improved with for example dashboards that makes it easy for management to track the key KPI\'s. The Business Analyst will also design new analyses and reports for top management whenever required, based on the business requirements. (S)he must be able translate business questions into accurate, easy to read and well-structure reports.When needed, the Specialist Business Analyst may also support in the implementation of new IT projects, promote the best practices, and suggest process and functionalities enhancements to enhance Business efficiency and user adoption.

  • Preparation and execution of the monthly reporting for top management.
  • Prepare Power BI Dashboard and provide analysis to challenge the status quo, data analytics and business insights, working collaboratively as an equal to influence the value drivers for that business and to support decision making.
  • Participate in determining solution performance metrics, learn how to perform measurements, and support subsequent reporting.
  • Support execution of key strategic initiatives on a wide range of exciting and impactful initiatives (both strategic and operational)
  • Preparing ad-hoc reporting for business, including requirement gathering from business/report design/execution.
Data Governance & End User Support: 40%The Specialist Business Analytics will facilitate the creation, maintenance, and validation of our master data within our CRM Salesforce.com and the integrated projects. (S)he will assume data governance and management responsibilities currently performed by the Technology team which will allow the team to focus on deliverables. (S)he will also support the countries in their everyday operations by pulling customized reports, training teams on reporting and fixing of bugs in automated reporting.
  • Ensures accuracy and integrity of master data.
  • Demonstrates skill in data analysis techniques by resolving missing/incomplete information, inconsistencies/anomalies in more complex research/data
  • Participates in the execution and implementation of approved data definitions, policies, standards, and processes.
  • Analyzes and identify data sources, data redundancy and implements processes to remediate data issues and/or data clean-up efforts
  • Locate and define new process improvement opportunities.
  • Leads and performs data cleansing through periodic review.
  • Manage ongoing support requests and administrative needs.
  • Ensure issues are identified, tracked, reported on, and resolved in a timely manner.
Job Requirements:
  • 3-5 years experience in a business analytics role in designing new analyses or reports based on business requirements, executing data imports, running data exports from different sources, merging these data exports, and running reports based on different data points.
  • Understanding of business processes
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Salesforce.com or any CRM and systems experience is strongly preferred
  • Proficient in data visualization tools like Power Bi is an added advantage.
  • Ability to learn and become proficient quickly with new tools.
  • Growth mindset, out-of-the-box thinking and genuine interest in business analytics
  • Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills, attention to detail.
  • Proactive, committed and ensure follow-up in a very timely manner.
  • Excellent organizational, prioritization and independent decision-making skills.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Proficiency with the English language.
