General Summary of the Position The Digital Marketing Specialist is in charge of the definition & implementation of the overall digital marketing activities for the appointed region in order to develop overall Ansell business presence. As per her/his occupied scope, the incumbent has the responsibility for coordinating the digital part of marketing campaigns, the digital activation of Ansell.com regional pages as well as the development of our Search Engine Optimization & Advertising activities. This position requires knowledge of the digital marketing activities and of the B2B industry to coordinate with the global digital & regional team. What would your role look like Reporting to Sr Manager, Digital Marketing, you will be: Define & implement digital customer journey & appointed activities for specific marketing acquisition campaigns in APAC Coordinate Digital activities with appointed experts as part of campaigns development Lead the appointed Search Engine Advertising campaigns on various Ansell channels Coordinate Search Engine Optimization efforts for Ansell.com related to regional scope Coordinate collaboration with appointed \'digital\' agencies for appointed projects Evaluate & analyze the performance of digital campaigns and work together with regional marketing team on recommendations & continuous optimizations for campaigns for better performance and higher ROI Collaborate with creative & digital team and regional marketing teams to develop digital marketing activities to support campaign strategies and business goals Provide analysis and reporting on digital projects/campaigns and placements with recommendations on optimizations Evaluate the end-to-end customer experience to identify and execute campaigns that drive customer acquisition, maximize revenue, and improve retention Responsible for the management of the regional sections of the company\'s website related regional blog posts Responsible for management of appointed digital events (Webinar) on On24 platform. Keeping up to date with industry best practice and monitoring activities of competitors in their email marketing strategy What you will bring: Education: Bachelor\'s degree / Master\'s degree in Business Administration, Digital Marketing, Marketing Communications, Information technology or a related field Job Experience: 3 to 5 years of experience in digital marketing with emphasize on SEA and/or SEO activities management Knowledge and Skills: Experience with CMS systems required. Knowledge of Sitecore is a plus Knowledge of Salesforce.com & other CRM systems is a plus Knowledge of Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, Power Point) Knowledge of SEO & SEA project management is a strong plus Digital marketing technology literacy, including a high degree of competency with marketing automation Understanding of both traditional and digital media, with experience collaborating/ working alongside media and PR agencies Strong ability in content writing Strong ability to work with diverse global teams with great collaboration skills Highly articulate with an excellent command of written English. Any additional language is an asset. Experience measuring performance, creating dashboards, and drawing insights for further optimization Cultural sensitive / International Mindset Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects amongst ad-hoc requests
