About the Role:
You will perform a variety of global operational, technical, and administrative tasks, which are related to the onboarding process for new employees at the Association. These focus on the Compensation & Benefits activities, including HR letter preparations, Payroll related matters, Enquiries resolution on Salesforce and C&B activities. Along with generalist work for the APAC and MESANA region in providing research and resolution on employee issues while delivering service to them. Utilize knowledge of HR procedures to resolve and address issues. Respond to questions and conduct research of issues, service, operational procedures and transactions. Provide advice and feedback to managers, interprets, resolve problems, run reports and make recommendation to management. May confer with or escalate issues to subject matter experts on staff. Perform and carry out a variety of human resources duties in compensation, compliance and benefits. Provide HR support to the Human Resources Business Partner, Recruitment and Learning and Culture Teams. You will report to Director \xe2\x80\x93 Human Resources Service Delivery.
You Will:
Compensation & Benefits
Help complete salary surveys data for multiple countries
Prepare letters for employment status changes such as team, title, working hours
Assist with Incentive Performance Pay administration including preparing letters for employees
Issue documentation and letters for multiple need concerning HR.
Benefit vendors invoice processing and reconcile benefit invoices.
Prepare POs and process contracts for benefit vendors.
Work with HRIS to update the Source with benefits information.
Provide first-line guidance to employees on HR and Payroll procedures, escalating queries.
Ensure clear understanding of Payroll processes for the assigned countries of responsibilities and work with Payroll team to ensure accurate delivery.
Update the monthly Payroll Notes with any relevant actions required for the assigned countries\xe2\x80\x99 employees (for example, new starters, salary changes, maternity leave)
Generalist (APAC & MESANA)
Administer the onboarding of new starters from offer/contract creation to completion of probation including ensuring that all activities are assigned and completed.
Assist in the offboarding process.
Respond to questions and conduct research of issues, service, operational procedures and transactions.
Provide advice and feedback to managers, interprets, resolve problems, run reports and make recommendation to management.
Confer with or escalate issues to subject matter experts on staff.
Perform and carry out a variety of human resources duties in compensation, compliance and benefits.
Provide HR support to the Human Resources Business Partner, Recruitment and Learning and Culture Teams
Partner with Fusion admin on issues requiring escalation.
Contribute to HR knowledge database, including the creation and updating of frequently asked questions in AskHR
Salesforces queries management including live chat.
Work with HRIS team to resolve escalated HR System errors.
Maintain up-to-date information on identified HR issues, trends and statistical information as agreed with Line Manager
Support with HR projects as agreed with Line Manager
You Have:
Bachelor\'s degree in related field within program support or similar professional setting.
Good Excel - Vlook up, calculation formula, pivot, match, Pie chat, report generation, remove duplicates, Others - mail merge, slides - presentation, design , Adobe, Teams and Microsoft office and apps, understanding of HR employee life cycle
Assist the onboarding, probation, letters generations - promotion and until termination exit interview.
Previous experience providing excellent customer experiences.
Experience with Oracle Fusion Cloud HCM, Taleo and SharePoint or similar systems.
Have project management experienced.
Sound approach to team working, including working relationships with the local team, and work outside immediate team.
