Key Responsibilities

Lead and mentor a team of

3-5 developers

, fostering collaboration and continuous improvement. Design, develop, and maintain

robust backend applications

and

critical business modules

. Ensure high system

performance, quality, and reliability

through efficient architecture and code optimization. Conduct detailed

system analysis

and implement effective, scalable solutions. Develop and maintain

comprehensive unit tests

to ensure high code quality. Work closely with

cross-functional teams

to resolve technical challenges and enhance project outcomes. Identify potential risks early and propose

innovative solutions

to enhance system efficiency. Contribute to the design and implementation of

microservices

and

API-based architecture

. Promote

team communication

, collaboration, and continuous integration (CI/CD) best practices.

Requirements

Bachelor's Degree

in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related fields.

5+ years

of hands-on experience in Java development with proven exposure to

scalable and high-performance applications

. Strong proficiency in

Java, Spring, Spring Boot

, and related frameworks. Solid understanding of

OOP principles

,

design patterns

, and

microservices architecture

. Skilled in

SQL/NoSQL databases

,

Hibernate/MyBatis

, and

RESTful API

development. Familiar with

automated testing tools

(JUnit, Mockito, TestNG). Exposure to

DevOps tools

(Jenkins, GitLab CI),

Docker/Kubernetes

, and

cloud platforms

(Azure, GCP, Alibaba Cloud) is an advantage. Experience in the

fintech industry

or with

financial applications

is a plus. Strong analytical and problem-solving mindset with excellent communication skills.
