:Duties & Responsibilities

• Cooperate with account sales and solution and service specialist to close the deal.
• Get appointment and visit customer to generate the leads and develop OPP for Japanese customer.
• Join Japanese community and collect information to business.
• Identify Opportunities, Clarify Needs, Develop Criteria, recommend a Solution, Closing, Manage implementation, and Review.

• Justify how level Japanese become engage in each deal. Follow up these Japanese parts with collaborating in account sales.
• Make a presentation and demonstration of our solution and services.
• Prepare the customer info to approach (Web, HP, SFDC, fiends\xe2\x80\xa6etc.)
• Contact with Japanese account sales in HQ to know Japanese customer branch situation in Malaysia.
• Support local account sales in charge of Japanese account. It does not mean only deal but also Japanese small request.
• Enhance company management quality embracing governance, internal control, risk management, and sustainability.
• Promote quality concept (customer first, continuous process improvement, scientific thinking, etc.) and put it in practice within the company.

• More than 5 years\' experience in business development/Marketing
• Able to communicate and write in Japanese.
• Pleasant personality, good communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Able to work independently as well as a good team player.
• Possess leadership quality.
• Strong analytical skill.
• Able to articulate and possess effective presentation skills.
• Committed and result driven.
• Good sense of urgency and able to work under pressure.
• With strong self-initiative and creative.
• Have knowledge of STPD methodology
