Job Description
Location : Bayan Lepas, Penang * Execute inventory and WIP related transactions in Ingres (which includes but not limited to lot receipt, starts, movements, splits, combinations, rejects, scraps, shipment and die kitting) timely without any operational impact, addressing errors as needed. Transactions performed based on reports from contract manufacturers or internal requestors.
- Work with cross functional teams and contract manufacturers to recover and correct the errors and discrepant data.
- Implement corrective and preventive actions to avoid recurrence of errors.
- Where necessary, prepare RCCA (root cause corrective action) documentation
- Perform lot attributes or quantity update based on business process requirements, which includes but not limited to lot conversion, lot status change, thickness changes.
- Support work flow automation and improvement projects, in areas of testing and implementation.
- Perform transactions in Company\'s MES (Manufacturing Execution System) and ERP (Enterprise Resource Planning) system timely with no impact to operations
- Troubleshoot and recover inventory and WIP discrepancies and errors
- Execute inventory and stock adjustments in quantity and/or lot attributes
- Participate in work flow improvement projects
- Possess at least Diploma in Supply Chain, Logistics, IT, Science/Engineering or any business related courses.
