The Day-To-Day Activities
Data Preparation & Reporting
Support the Prepaid Team by extracting and preparing data using SQL to produce reports and outputs tailored to business needs.
Prepare and deliver daily, weekly, and monthly recurring reports, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
Verify report figures and promptly alert stakeholders when discrepancies or unusual trends are detected.
Build, update and maintain Power BI dashboards to track prepaid performance, especially for campaign launches or new product rollouts.
Analysis & Insights
Analyze prepaid business data to identify trends, patterns, and potential issues, providing actionable insights to the team.
Support decision-making by exploring challenges such as performance drops, campaign results or product uptake.
Conduct basic comparable analyses to validate findings and provide recommendations.
Work closely with marketing, operations, and management teams to solve operational challenges and optimize processes.
Process Improvement & Ad-Hoc Support
Support the Prepaid Team to enhance reporting processes, ensuring outputs are efficient and aligned with business needs.
Provide ad-hoc reports and analysis for urgent requests or special projects.
Support other projects and assignments as required by management.
About You
Minimum Bachelor's degree in Business, Statistics, Computer Science, IT, or a related field.
Passion for working with data and solving business challenges through insights and reporting.
2-4 years of relevant experience in data reporting, analysis, or business intelligence is a plus point, preferably in the telecommunications or prepaid industry.
Strong SQL skills for data extraction and preparation.
Advanced proficiency in Power BI for dashboard design and performance tracking.
High proficiency in Microsoft Excel for report preparation and validation.
Understanding of basic data analysis techniques and statistical concepts.
Highly detail-oriented, ensuring all reports and dashboards are accurate and reliable.
Proactive in highlighting discrepancies, unusual patterns, or potential issues to stakeholders.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with marketing, operations, and management teams.
Ability to manage recurring deliverables and analytical tasks in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
Analytical thinker with problem-solving skills and a mindset for continuous improvement.
