In your new role you will: Responsible local buyer for selected commodity (FM invest & services) To negotiate well and ensure that all purchases comply with company standards. To plan, schedule, communicate and monitor the necessary requirement/ facilities for meetings, workshops, any special projects and activities for the selected commodity. Enforcement of procurement control via implementation of all relevant procurement processes and methods within Infineon. Supplier sourcing, qualification and evaluation according to established supplier management process. Drive strategic supplier management program towards achieving overall target for Quality, Cost and Delivery. To ensure all purchase specifications/ requirements with commercial term and conditions have been included in the contract. Your Profile You are best equipped for this task if you have: Degree/Master in Business Admin (BA), Economics or Engineering with good BA knowledge and experience. Preferably more than 3 years\' experience in purchasing, business administration or planning function within manufacturing environment. Good knowledge of purchasing/business administration/planning processes, tools and methods. Good interpersonal and negotiation skills is a prerequisite. Operation:- Order process, delivery follow up, vendor portfolio management, payment terms, incoterms, etc. Sourcing:- New product and supplier sourcing, alternate source, change management, etc. Supplier Management:- Supplier Qualification & Improvement, Supplier Evaluation, supplier audit and vendor performance review, etc. Contract Management:- New contract creation, alignment, maintenance and obsolution.
