Job Description
:
Develop, plan and implement fit-for-purpose for Rotating Equipment solutions and provide technical support/advice as the Technical Authority in the area of expertise on matters related to Rotating Equipment operations, lead application of beat practices in work processes/guidelines/ technical standards and support the capability development efforts to create a pool of technically competent professionals in respective discipline / technology to ensure project efficiencies including new technology & acquisitions and performance improvement
: * Lead and conduct the development of a comprehensive set of Technical Guidelines / standards / methodologies / workflows in the area of expertise.
- Provide technical consultation, evaluate, recommend, and advice fit-for-purpose solutions.
- Lead and manage the activities for identifying the knowledge/skill gaps and talent development.
- Develop content and conduct Training programs/modules, identify coaching opportunities, and provide guidance to develop competent working teams.
- Networking with technical experts and relevant external parties / professional bodies for continuous technical knowledge enhancement.
Bachelor\'s Degree in Mechanical Engineering or any other related discipline
Requirements:
Minimum 7 years of working experience in oil and gas industry.
