Provide support on SAP FICO modules & Blackline (covering following SAP Account Substantiation and Automation for Balance Sheet Reconciliation Automation) for AIA Business Units. . Ensure solutions are consistent with regional template and ensure regional solution architecture team is aligned. . Support to business user specifically in Blackline Reconciliation tool and database therein. GL accounting and reconciliations between SAP/Blackline. . Gather customer requirements, troubleshoot, support system bugs and fixes by analyzing the symptoms and underlying problems (simple & moderate scenarios) . Prepare functional/technical specification, test, implement, document and maintain software applications. . Participates in cross-functional projects and team collaboration . Follow Information Technology policies and industry best practices . Provide training to end users. . Participate in project activities with Blackline and SAP integration focus. . May require short term travel, standby and shift arrangements. . Supporting Team Manager on work assignments as per required. Job Requirements : Education : . Bachelor\'s Degree in Information Systems or Business or Accounting equivalent is required. Experience : . Minimum 2 years\' relevant experience in regional solution / system support on SAP FICO mainly New General Ledger Accounting. . Relevant experience in Blackline Administration/ Reconciliation Tool (admin), Accounting Principles will be an added advantage. . Knowledge in accounting / business knowledge in accounting and financial terminology. . Very good working knowledge of Microsoft Office is essential. . Relevant Centre of Excellence experience and user support track record. . Managing communication with key stakeholders (i.e. finance business users). Certifications / licenses : Relevant SAP or Blackline certification. Additional skillsc: SLA familiarity and performance driven work culture. Good communication and presentation skills. Good problem solving and analytical skills. A good team player.
