To monitor and ensure that all employees and individuals comply with all applicable IFX or MAL rules and regulations within the company premises.
To protect IFX or MAL business, employees property and data.
To closely supervise subordinates and or appointed security service provider to ensure assigned task timely completion.
To perform periodical security risk assessment for potential threat or risk identification for necessary risk mitigation and precautionary measures.
To respond to any complaints / reports received and to update the Security Ops Manager or HOD.
To ensure that all Security and hardware systems are in good working condition and to report any damage promptly
To support and respond any emergency procedure as required.
Be responsible for safeguarding all MAL security badges and associated credentials.
Your profile You are best equipped for this task if you have:
Bachelor Degree or equivalent qualification
Security and other related field working experience
Analytical and problem solving skills
Ability to anticipate issues and challenges and resolving them quickly
Demonstrate good leadership skills
