In your new role you will:
- To monitor and ensure that all employees and individuals comply with all applicable IFX or MAL rules and regulations within the company premises.
- To protect IFX or MAL business, employees property and data.
- To closely supervise subordinates and or appointed security service provider to ensure assigned task timely completion.
- To perform periodical security risk assessment for potential threat or risk identification for necessary risk mitigation and precautionary measures.
- To respond to any complaints / reports received and to update the Security Ops Manager or HOD.
- To ensure that all Security and hardware systems are in good working condition and to report any damage promptly
- To support and respond any emergency procedure as required.
- Be responsible for safeguarding all MAL security badges and associated credentials.
You are best equipped for this task if you have:
- Bachelor Degree or equivalent qualification
- Security and other related field working experience
- Analytical and problem solving skills
- Ability to anticipate issues and challenges and resolving them quickly
- Demonstrate good leadership skills
- Demonstrate high performance behaviour
- Data driven decision making skills
- Risk Management Skills
