Develop Social Performance technology strategy, roadmap & tracking of its implementation and proactively identify technical requirements and value creation opportunities.
Provide Social Performance technical guidance solutions and advice at business and groupwide levels to specific issues or potential problems and lead development, review & enhancement technical capability development tools.
Lead the development, review and enhancement of technical capability development tools, training requirements & modules.
Undertake Social Performance technical coaching (which includes review and tracking of individual coaching plan) & leadership coaching and conduct Social Performance technical competency assessment (e.g., Resisco, PCP).
Participate and lead Social Performance Community of Practice (CoP)/Improvement Working Group (IWG) emerging product stewardship laws & regulations and action plan.
Qualification:
Bachelor\'s degree in Social Science, Legal, Human Rights, or equivalent.
Requirement:
Preferably a background in social sciences, legal or human rights.
Overall working experience of 10-15 years in social performance or related fields.
Minimum 7 years of domain-specific experience in social performance within industries such as mining, oil & gas, fast-moving consumer goods (FMCG), agriculture, or hydropower generation.
Proven track record in leading social performance strategies and driving effective governance and implementation.
Strong knowledge in social risk assessment methodologies and practices.
