An exciting TA Systems Specialist role with a MNC Your new company A global company known for its healthcare products. Your new role Administer and maintain functionality of the ATS, ensuring data accuracy and system updates. Collaborate with HR and hiring mangers to configure, customise, and enhance the ATS to align with recruitment needs. Provide technical support to users, troubleshoot issues and deliver training to new users as needed. Analyse and report on recruitment data and metrics, offering insights to enhance efficiency and effectiveness. Stay current on industry trends and best practices related to talent acquisition technology.
