Job SummaryPrepares corporate tax computations, tax return and other tax filing submission in accordance with tax regulations. Advise on non-complex local tax compliance matters.Job Responsibilities

• Prepare provisional tax computation for month end closing and annual submission, coordinate filing of tax returns and processing tax payments timely.
• Prepare and review transfer pricing documentation and work closely with external tax advisors and finance team for the TP documentation
• Prepare and submit withholding tax, sales and service tax and others submission requirements before the stipulated timeline.
• Maintain tax submission documentations
• Provide administrative support during tax audits, including preparation of basic tax information and schedules, coordinate meetings to discuss on tax disputes.
• Assist in collating information on tax matters required for meeting and updates to management
• Liaise with internal and external stakeholders on basic queries and requests in relation to regulatory requirements/tax audits/tax advisory engagements
• Support the local implementation of the tax policy and controls to ensure effective governance over all taxation matters
• Assist in the implementation of the country\'s special projects/initiatives in providing value-added tax services to internal stakeholders
• Keeping abreast of latest tax developments and impact of new tax laws, regulations and rulings.

Job Requirements:

• Min 3 years\' experience in a similar role, preferably in a corporate tax compliance
• Degree or professional qualification in Accountancy/Finance or a related discipline
• Demonstrate sound knowledge and understanding of the business and industry
• Demonstrate sound knowledge and application of taxation principles, tax accounting and local tax regulations
• Proven hands-on experience in SAP accounting applications is an advantage
• Demonstrate strong research and analytical skills
• Demonstrate proficiencies in office productivity tools (e.g. Excel, Word and PowerPoint)
• Demonstrate fluency in English/other local language
