Specification & Sales Executive

Job Responsibilities:

• Responsible for creating demand by developing specifications for clients through key specifiers such as architects, consultants and developers.
• Identify key decision makers in identified market segments, develop strong relationship with these decision makers and specify client\'s products.
• Develop a strong customer and project database in order to specify client\'s products.
• Understand key customer requirements to offer differentiated products.
• Responsible for specification targets in terms of clients\' products.
• Work closely with clients to ensure specified projects are supplied with to ensure revenue.
• Ensure representation and regular visits to build relationship and awareness of clients\' brands and products
• Ensure preference amongst key decision makers for company and its products.
• Develop market for the dry-lining solutions against conventional products through customer understanding and technical solutions
• Establish & manage Project Tracking tool to enhance specification activities & success.
• Build expertise fame among belonged customer group by giving value and service
• Recognized as an industry expert, communicating market dynamics and customer needs to industry/product managers to assist in product planning and strategies.
• Translates complicated (e.g. technical, financial) ideas and information into meaningful concepts that are easily understood.

Requirements

• Bachelor degree in business administration, civil engineering or architecture
• At least 2 years experiences in sales and specification development in the construction & building materials industry is preferable
• Have existing network with architect, developer & QS
• Preferable Chinese Female age below 30 years old candidate.
• Training will be provided.
• Candidates with prior experience in dealing with Interior Designers, Architects, Property Developers are welcomed
• Independent, Dynamic, Performance Driven & Self- Motivated
• Possess good interpersonal & communication skills with different levels of people
• Required skill(s): MS Excel, MS Word, MS Powerpoint
• Preferably Sales Executives specializing in Sales - Retail/General or equivalent
• Must possess own transport
