Job Description


Responsibilities [Minimum 10 years of relevant experience with hands on technology, Java/J2EE/Oracle/ /Ember/Hibernate/Webservices/JSON API Understand user requirements and build solution architecture and be able to break it into high level & low-level design Ensure designs are in compliance with specifications and futuristic aspect. Technically hands on in software projects through all stages of the life cycle, including responsibility towards understanding and capturing requirements, design, development and acceptance testing Manage the interface teams from service spec understanding to implementation Debugging and resolving technical problems that arise. Sound knowledge on DevOps mechanisms and tools such as: Jenkins, Artifactory, Ansible. Perform coding / code review in line with existing architecture boundaries, use best practices and coding standards Responsible for meeting overall delivery schedules and ensuring the delivered solution meets the technical specifications and design requirements Co-ordinate with the teams to resolve issues (thru clarification, data fixes and program fixes following required process) in development & test environments Handing UAT calls and stake holders clarifications Support production rollouts and change implementations followed by successful UVT Conduct peer-reviews and lead reviews and provide feedback Run daily scrum meetings and track tasks via JIRA Good verbal and written communication skills Good project Tracking and Stake Holder management across different Streams. Strategy Ability to work directly with unit management to participate in strategic development and growth plans for teams and organization in terms of Scrum acceptance and maturity as well as opportunities for team growth Business Very good Understanding of functional flows related to Retail Banking, Corporate and Institutional Banking (\'CIB\') products (Correspondent Banking, Trade Finance, Securities Services, Corporate Finance, etc ) Processes Good Understanding of the Scrum framework (roles, artefacts and Ceremonies). Specifically, an understanding of the Scrum Team member role and underlying values of Scrum and Agile principles is Must for this position. Participate and Facilitates all the Agile ceremonies: Sprint Planning, Refinement, Retrospective, Sprint Review/Demo. Planning and driving release implementations, the last mile of delivery. Ability to accept and resolve team indicated impediments to delivery and work within the organization to remove these impediments efficiently Responsible for meeting overall delivery schedules and ensuring the delivered solution meets the technical specifications and design requirements People and Talent People and process management skills, ability to foster positive relationships with internal and external stakeholders at appropriate level ensuring open collaborative environment. Partners closely with the Programs/Projects lead to ensure that the delivery organization is synchronized with the Programs and Projects objectives. Serving as a liaison to communicate information regarding changes, milestones reached, and other pertinent information. Extensive change and programme management experience, ideally gained in a software / infrastructure development environment using Agile ways of Working Regulatory & Business Conduct Display exemplary conduct and live by the Group\'s Values and Code of Conduct.
