Job Description

Responsibilities:

Assist in planning, coordinating, and facilitating recreational and sports activities, including ATV rides, archery, pool activities, team-building programs, and tele-match games. Provide clear instructions, safety guidelines, and supervision to ensure an engaging and secure experience for guests. Manage and maintain all recreational equipment, ensuring proper setup, cleanliness, and functionality, and report any damages for timely repair. Engage with guests professionally, encourage participation, and gather feedback to improve activity offerings. Conduct safety briefings, monitor activities to prevent accidents, and provide first aid when required while ensuring compliance with resort safety standards. Plan and facilitate team-building sessions and tele-match activities for various guest groups. Supervise pool operations, enforce safety rules, maintain chemical readings (pH and chlorine) according to standards, and coordinate with maintenance on pool upkeep.
