Candidate must possess SPM or equivalent
1-3 years of working experience
Good interpersonal communication skills and leadership qualities.
Proficient in both English and Bahasa Malaysia.
Dynamic personality and capable of organizing various sports & recreational events.
Willing to work long and irregular hours.
Duties & Responsibilities :
To inspect the club's sports and recreational facilities.
To attend meetings and prepare minutes of meetings.
Prepare articles for the Newsletter on sports events that took place.
Keep the event diary updated and inform the manager immediately of any changes.
To coordinate various tournaments / inter-clubs matches etc. on weekends or weekdays to ensure the smooth running of sports and recreational events.
Prepare / check monthly billing of lessons for the various recreational activities in the club, ensuring all in order and up to date.
To coordinate with the Booking Clerk regarding any maintenance work to be carried out at the respective areas, check whether any equipment related to these areas urgently required.
To check whether any maintenance work is needed at any sporting and recreational facilities and to inform the S&R Manager immediately.
To hold meetings with Booking Clerks to discuss day-to-day schedules, complaints etc.
