: Understand large-scale express parcel logistics network operations to address business and operational pain points and identify opportunities that can be tackled from a Product standpoint. Work closely cross-functionally among key local departments--SPX Express Operation Excellence, Operations, Commercial, and Finance to understand key business and operational processes to capture change requirements, crystalize objectives, problem-solve system and business impacts, identity success metrics and risks. Involved in reviewing UAT and conduct testing and manage Live Testing, develop feature and project roll-out implementation plans and timelines, effectively managing many diverse stakeholders Prepare SOP designs and training material for business users and lead communication sessions to educate key users Collaborate with Regional Operations counterparts to strategically identify synergies across Regional practices and relevant localisations to the market. Prepare consolidated plans, system and feature adoption performance and project timelines to senior management. Manage business continuity risks and rapid growth, operational and project work streams Requirements: Native fluency in Thai and strong command of English (reading, writing, listening, speaking) Bachelor or Master\'s Degree in Business, Economics, Engineering, Computer Science or Supply Chain Operations Management related field is preferred At least 5 years of work experience in product management, business or systems analyses, management consulting, IT and implementation consulting related fields are preferred Have very strong project management skills including interpersonal & communication skills Familiar with business impact sizing studies, feasibility analyses, and projection implementation cross-functionally A proactive, fast learner, team player and leader with ability to work and manage diverse team communities in dynamic environments Adept at understanding business priorities to forecasting and analyses, detail oriented, and strong problem-solving skills Resilient in understanding wide range of users, including Shopee customers and internal business and operations users to optimize for lean processes and cascade into productization and new process implementation strategies Experience with eCommerce is highly desirable Experience using JIRA, application emulators, SQL is a plus
