Job Description

The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing development and production environments and experience in SQL Server database administration, performance tuning, backup and recovery, and Crystal Reports/SSRS/SSIS.
Responsibilities:

• Would be responsible for Administration and maintenance of SQL Server databases in both development and production environments.
• Will ensure database security and compliance followed as per company policies.
• Responsible for database backup and recovery tasks, Data Import/Export, migration.
• Will Work on Crystal Reports, SSRS (SQL Server Reporting Services), and SSIS (SQL Server Integration Services).
• Would be assisting in database design, indexing, and optimization for better performance.
• Collaborate with developers to ensure smooth integration of database solutions.
• Will be responsible for Troubleshoot issues related to database connectivity and performance .
• Knowledge of replication, mirroring, and clustering for high availability will be add on.
• Should have knowledge of Change Management processes to implement database configuration.
• Will monitor and respond to MSSQL database Alerts.
• Knowledge of Powershell will be preferred.

Requirements:

• 4-7years of experience in SQL Server database administration and development.
• Should have Strong experience of T-SQL, stored procedures, triggers, and functions, with SQL Server 2016 and above.
• Should have Hands-on experience with Crystal Reports and SSRS/SSIS.
• Should be Familiar with backup strategies, recovery models, and performance tuning.
