Assist the Building Manager to provide proper book keeping and assist in customer service with the main objective of meeting customers' expectation.
Duties of Accounts Executive
1. To ensure that all billings are sent out to the respective owners within the stipulated time schedule.
2. To ensure that all invoices are processed, and payments made accordingly
3. To ensure timely completion of monthly financial reports for the Joint Management Committee / Management Council perusal
To prepare full set of monthly management accounts and assist in any account related works.
To ensure monthly closing of accounts.
To ensure that all monthly management accounts is verified by the head office accounts executive / manager.
To liaise with auditors for the annual financial audit report.
5. To carry out administrative duties
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: RM3,000.00 - RM4,500.00 per month
