Job Description
A Sr Brand and Marketing Manager are required to manage a leading brand (personal care) within the organisation with the objective of maximising brand awareness, establishing market share and optimizing product profitability.
- Managing a headcount under you, you are expected to perform as a brand custodian to develop and grow the brand\'s marketshare.
- Develop a 5 year forward plan based on rich insights and data, identify a competitive advantage in product development to stay ahead of competitors. From developing a storyboard, you will also collaborate closely with R&D to develop the products.
- Strategize on brand communications and positioning for its go-to-market strategies.
- Stronghold in consumer insights Nielsen & Kantar, sensitive to competitor activities to keep abreast of marketing trends.
- Collaborating with internal and external stakeholders with a stronghold in project management.
- Adept at reporting brand performance and plans to key stakeholders.
- At least 7 years in prior FMCG brand management
- Skills in Nielsen / Kantar research tools
- Dyanmic and collaborative team player spirit and leadership qualities
- Resilient to challenges, strategic and analytical thinkers
