Prepare EVA financials for new product development projects. Ensure accurate financial information to support an informed decision-making process within marketing/categories. Business Partnering for Marketing, Communication and Product Development Teams.Job Requirements:Month end reporting and analysis

• Support General Ledger Accounting group during Month end close.
• Responsible for Product Category/Product Line Reporting.
• Validate actual sales and margin figures before month end close for each product line and categories to ensure figures are accurate.
• Liaison with other finance teams both within and outside Asia region if any issue found.
• Liaison with function leaders and controllers to update report when required.
• Month Financial Report
• Responsible for generating the financial reports and ensuring that all figures are correct. Mainly on product line sales and margin reports.
• Analyze variance figures and help Marketing & Product Development Controller to \xe2\x80\x9ctell the story\xe2\x80\x9d, and support in preparing annual Plan.

System

• Continuous improvements of processes
• Support for implementation of new financial system transformation

Support decision process for capital spending and product development

• Support phase reviews and MAR process for new product development project
• Work closely with different departments/functions/markets to obtain and validate all information and underlying assumptions on sales (volume and price), COGS, capex & opex investment to develop a POV and financials for new product development projects.
• Prepare financials for post launch reviews.
• Provide guidance to product development team on finance process and any issues related.

Improvement of processes

• Maintain and improve Planning and Forecasting processes to become more automated. Help build new tools to support these processes in forecast accuracy.
• Documentation of work procedures and communicate to impacted teams when changes occur.

Business Partner support

• Review sales discount strategies and provide input to Marketing Team.
• Support business leaders in understanding all business results.
• Provide necessary training on relevant financial aspects to business partners.

Job Requirements:

• Bachelor\'s Degree (or higher) in Business, Accounting or Economics.
• CA or CPA preferred, or other equivalent accounting qualifications.
• Language Abilities - Excellent analytical, written, and verbal communication skills, English (mandatory), Mandarin (preferred but not a must).
• People Management: Ability to coordinate people and promote teamwork and working effectively as a group.
• IT Abilities - Excellent skill of MS Office applications particularly MS-Excel and excellent skill in SAP business software.
• Commercial Experience - 5 to 8 years commercial experience, with regional experience a plus
• Financial Analysis - Ability to interpret and draw conclusions from financial/business information; able to review a proposal or transaction and determine the future effect on our business.
• Business Advisory Skills - Need a strong business sense. Anticipates and takes initiative to identify concerns and recommend action.
• Communication Skills - Expresses thoughts clearly and succinctly, both orally and in writing
• Technical Knowledge - Has a solid understanding of accounting with good knowledge of GAAP and application, familiar with current technical developments
• Know The Business - Shows a good understanding of issues relevant to our overall organization and business; keeps that knowledge current. Knowledge of the processes/key concerns common to all businesses
