Professional competencies Bachelor s degree in Computer Science, Telecommunication systems, or any related field. Minimum 3 years of working experience with VoIP environments, Unified Communications and networking products. Minimum 2 years of working experience with one of the below product: Genesys Cisco Unity, UCCX, CUCM AudioCodes SBC Integration with Microsoft Teams One Voice Operations Center and AudioCodes Routing Manager Willingness for execution of daily administrative tasks. Willingness for creation and maintenance of system and process documentation. Strong troubleshooting and problem solving skills. Technically enthusiastic and willing to learn attitude is required. Ability to work independently in a multi-task environment in a global team. Personal competencies Able to communicate effectively. Willing to contribute to team success.
