Sr. Engineer/ Assistant Staff Engineer - Unified Communication and VOIP

Duties and responsibilities

• Working with VoIP, Unified Communications and networking products and services, business processes and re-engineering Planning and execution of daily administrative tasks.
• VoIP Architect for Unified Communication Engineering, design and solutions.
• Support problem management process including troubleshooting.

Professional competencies

• Bachelor\'s degree in Computer Science, Telecommunication systems, or any related field.
• Minimum 3 years of working experience with VoIP environments, Unified Communications and networking products.
• Minimum 2 years of working experience with one of the below product:
• \xe2\x80\xa2 Genesys
• \xe2\x80\xa2 Cisco Unity, UCCX, CUCM
• \xe2\x80\xa2 AudioCodes SBC
• \xe2\x80\xa2 Integration with Microsoft Teams
• \xe2\x80\xa2 One Voice Operations Center and AudioCodes Routing Manager
• Willingness for execution of daily administrative tasks.
• Willingness for creation and maintenance of system and process documentation.
• Strong troubleshooting and problem solving skills.
• Technically enthusiastic and willing to learn attitude is required.
• Ability to work independently in a multi-task environment in a global team.
