Focus on the extended quality cases and provide solution with team.Our TeamYou will be reporting to Quality Assurance Manager.What You Will Do1. Process Quality Assurance\xef\xbc\x9a

• Owns and facilitates control plans, qualification plans, inspection plan and measurement plans.

• Responsible for products non-conformity, organize source to provide the quality solution, risk assessment, containment, corrective and preventive action, and verify the effectiveness.

• Lead quality monitoring project development to ensure the stability of the product process.

• Improve product shipping quality to ensure no batch Quality Issue and reduce RMA.

2. Incoming Material Quality Control\xef\xbc\x9aLead supplier quality performance management and continuous improvement.Lead incoming material inspection quality management and inspection efficiency improvement.3. Customer Service:Handling customer complaint or RMA by coordinate resources to meet customer expectation.Lead the preparation and resource arrangement of customer audit and follow up the finding closure.4. Daily management of quality team:Hold regular internal/cross-departmental quality meetings.Allocate team members\' work task reasonably.Guide and support the work of team members, ensure the key team persons stability.Conduct performance evaluation of team members and develop their personal improvement plans.Who You Are (Basic Qualifications)

• You possess a Bachelor\'s degree in optical communication industry, physics, electronic and engineering.
• You have a minimum of 8 years experiences in Quality control or Products management.
• Professional quality management knowledge and quality tools application
• Good communication and skill, effectively present information and respond to questions from cross function team.
• Identify problem logical ability, Strong quality problem analysis skills and drive for improvement.
• Familiar with QA tools such as MSA&GRR/SPC&QC control chart/FMEA.

What Will Put You Ahead

• Knowledge in quality management, quality control tools (6 sigma or PMP knowledge).
• Familiar with optical and subsystem products process.
