JOB SUMMARY

Plans integration of automation equipment and accessories as new technology as required. Controls developing progress of the new technology to migrate into mass production on schedule.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

\xc2\xb7 Develops original ideas of innovative technology and analysis practicability, leads additional new technologies to production line.
\xc2\xb7 Controls progress of new technology integrated with automation projects, to ensure successful development of new technology equipment into mass production.
\xc2\xb7 Participates in assessment of new automation module with suppliers, and reduces development cycle time satisfying internal clients.
\xc2\xb7 Proposes improvements to efficiency of automation equipment and cost reduction.
\xc2\xb7 Sets up new technology development process flow and forms. Enhances new technology to migrate to production lines.
\xc2\xb7 Conducts related training of new technology for production department.
\xc2\xb7 Assists each site with new technical support to meet lead time and quality of customer\'s request.
\xc2\xb7 May perform other duties and responsibilities as assigned.

JOB QUALIFICATIONS
KNOWLEDGE REQUIREMENTS

\xc2\xb7 Senior knowledge of laser technology and special processing.
\xc2\xb7 Senior knowledge of Taguchi Method, Statistical Process Control (SPC), and quality control (QC) skills.
\xc2\xb7 Senior knowledge of project management and coordination
\xc2\xb7 Senior knowledge of Microsoft Office.
\xc2\xb7 Excel in risk assessing and introducing of automation.
\xc2\xb7 Experienced with machinery drawing and review.
\xc2\xb7 Senior knowledge of with Programmable Logic Controller (PLC), material selecting and plan making.
\xc2\xb7 Understand the developing purpose of the equipment and evaluate the practicability with suppliers.
\xc2\xb7 Senior knowledge of PLC design, server control, PC base development

Follow up all items related to equipment and maintenance for assigned project.
Will assist process engineer and QA during IQ,OQ and PQ process.

Follow up any tasks given by superior.

Follow up SMT FE and BE for equipment.
