Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:What would be the responsibilities for this role?Forecasts & ReportingsLead monthly Commercial Business Planning processElaborate and communicate sales quarterly targetsProvide Local Team with reports highlighting how the team is progressing vs targetsDrive ROI (Return on Investment) mindset and develop analysis for the team on main promo mechanicsProvide Sales team with all necessary analysis for customer\xe2\x80\x99s yearly negotiationsGross to Net (Rebates) accuracy and completenessEnsure GTN accuracy by mastering promotions information flow from Rebate accrual creation to settlementUnderstand flow of information and approval need from CBP (sales planning tool) to SAPMake sure that Temporary Price Reductions (TPR) are in accordance with price strategyTPRs and EDLP (Everyday Low Price) discounts are entered into SAP on a daily basisMake sure that approvals are obtained for relevant price reductionManage pricing conditions in SAP (contracts)Monthly reporting of GTN by customer\xe2\x80\x99s account and nature of discountMaintain close partnership and communication with Sales team and General managerAttend sales meetingsMonthly ClosingCheck completeness of rebates for GTN, adjust with manual rebates where neededCheck completeness of invoicing with Shared Service CenterComplete monthly SOX testing requirementsClose Sales in SAP PA - analytical accountingReconciliations of balance sheet and income statement G/L accountsWhat does the ideal candidate profile look like?Minimum Bachelor Degree in Finance or equivalent, a professional accounting certification will be an advantagePossess 3 - 5 years working experience in Commercial Finance such as Sales or Brand Controlling with strong business partnering experienceExcellent organizational, leadership and interpersonal skillsDetailed oriented while understanding big pictureIntellectually curious and has a continuous improvement mindsetOur Commitment to Sustainability
