Reference Code 202300951-85161 Duties and responsibilities Establish medical scientific and clinical handling and application knowledge about medical and surgical instruments and equipment. Responsible for training and educational activities on medical-surgical topics. Develop and conduct medical-surgical training courses and product demonstrations to external parties such as technicians, distributors, doctors and nurses. Establish course portfolios that meet the expectations of internal and external stakeholders in the Asia Pacific region. Support the operation of training facilities including strategy planning, operation and business development. Identify and coordinate with speakers for individual training or educational activities. Establish, evaluate, amend and revise the scientific training program to meet quality standards and requirements for CPD or CME points. Timely reporting of training and events. Consult hospitals to run institutional implementation programs. Deliver lectures during symposiums, congresses, local or international. Establish a speakers management process and system. Monitor, analyze and evaluate market trends, competitor activities & strategy, clinical trends and therapeutic practices to identify market opportunities for new products, services and training. Support of market and sales potential analysis for selected business portfolio. Professional competencies Diploma in nursing with a post-basic certificate and nursing license. Advance Diploma, Bachelor or Advanced Degree will be an advantage. At least 7 years of experience with minimal 2 years experience as an operating room nurse. Must have in-depth knowledge of surgical operation procedures, aseptic and sterile techniques and patient safety & precautions. Able to teach and conduct training on topics related to perioperative care. Good verbal and written skills in English and Bahasa Melayu. Proficient in MS Office applications. Experience in preparing and developing training modules is preferred. Good to have experience in project management. Competent in medical scientific writing is an added advantage.
