• Establish medical scientific and clinical handling and application knowledge about medical and surgical instruments and equipment.
• Responsible for training and educational activities on medical-surgical topics.
• Develop and conduct medical-surgical training courses and product demonstrations to external parties such as technicians, distributors, doctors and nurses.
• Establish course portfolios that meet the expectations of internal and external stakeholders in the Asia Pacific region.
• Support the operation of training facilities including strategy planning, operation and business development.
• Identify and coordinate with speakers for individual training or educational activities.
• Establish, evaluate, amend and revise the scientific training program to meet quality standards and requirements for CPD or CME points.
• Timely reporting of training and events.
• Consult hospitals to run institutional implementation programs.
• Deliver lectures during symposiums, congresses, local or international.
• Establish a speakers management process and system.
• Monitor, analyze and evaluate market trends, competitor activities & strategy, clinical trends and therapeutic practices to identify market opportunities for new products, services and training.
• Support of market and sales potential analysis for selected business portfolio.

Professional competencies

• Degree in nursing with board license, preferably with peri-operative experience OR advanced degree in science.
• Able to teach and conduct training on topics related to medical sciences or patient care.
• Experience in preparing and developing training modules.
• Competent in medical scientific writing.
• Good verbal and written skills in English and Bahasa Melayu.
• Proficient in MS Office applications.
• In-depth knowledge of surgical operation procedures, aseptic and sterile techniques and patient safety & precautions is preferred.
• Good to have experience in project management.
• Proficient in MS Office applications.
