Sr Executive/ Assistant Manager - Audit

Duties and responsibilities

  • Analyse and evaluate the performance of the organisation\'s financial, operational, and managerial processes systems to identify risks, areas for improvement, and to ensure that the organisation complies with all relevant regulations, laws, and standards.
  • Collect, examine, analyse, and verify information about the organisation\'s systems and processes by reviewing manuals, policies, reports, financial statements, and other written materials, and by interviewing organisational members where required.
  • Identify, analyse, and document aspects of the organisation\'s systems and processes that do not comply with regulations, laws, and standards or do not comply with the organisation\'s policies and operating procedures.
  • Develop recommendations for changes to processes and systems that will minimise risk, improve performance and productivity, and ensure that the organisation complies with all relevant regulations, laws, and standards.
  • Contribute to the preparation of audit reports that accurately document the audit process and its findings.
  • Adherence to group internal audit manual and procedures, and proper usage of the group audit software.
  • Ensure adherence to the B, Braun \xe2\x80\x9cCode of Conduct\xe2\x80\x9d.
  • Support of due diligence projects.
  • Review of the implementation of measures for improvements (Follow-up).
  • The job function listed is not exhaustive and shall also include any responsibilities as assigned by the Supervisor from time to time.
Professional competencies
  • Minimum a Bachelor\'s Degree holder.
  • At least 3 years of working experience in auditing of business processes.
  • Strong analytical skills to extract and identify trends, patterns, and insights that can significantly impact the organization\'s processes.
  • Good spoken and written English (able to write audit reports).
  • Proficient in the use of SAP, Excel and MS Word.
  • Willing to travel within the Asia Pacific region (40-50%).
  • Knowledge of Mandarin is preferred - for liaising with stakeholders in China and Taiwan.
  • Experience in using Celonis (process mining tool) is an added advantage.
  • Good Presentation skill is preferred (to stakeholders).
