This includes strategic analysis for key customers, contract review, internal/external audit engagement, SOX compliance, month-end close and financial reporting.THE PERSON:The ideal candidate should be a self-starter with a result driven approach, high sense of teamwork, ability to handle multiple topics at once, excellent communication skills, positive outlook, and the ability to speak up and make recommendations in a fast-moving environment.KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Consolidate / Coordinate quarterly close activities with finance team
• Rebate calculation and analysis for key customers
• Contract review
• Create slides for account reviews & financial results package
• Strategic deal analysis
• Own exit call evaluation and variance analysis
• Create and implement business mechanisms that are scalable to help the team make data-driven decisions
• Build rhythm of the business processes that help business leaders understand progress to goals as well as strategic insights to guide overall direction
• Perform ad-hoc analysis proactively and present findings to senior leadership

PREFERRED EXPERIENCE:

• Finance and/or accounting professional experience.
• Semiconductor or high-tech industry experience.
• Effective communication skills and experience working with international teams.
• Demonstrated ability to effectively solve problems.
• Ability to lead teams in a cross-functional setting
• Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.

ACADEMIC CREDENTIALS:

• Bachelor\xe2\x80\x99s or master\'s degree in related discipline preferred
